Everything you need to send SMS in Bangladesh

Smart routing with failover, branded sender IDs, OTP send and verify, signed delivery webhooks, bulk sends and a dashboard that shows what happened to every message.

Routing & failover

The healthiest route, chosen for every message

BitSMS scores each upstream route per operator from live acceptance rate, response time, errors, delivery rate and cost, then sends through the best one.

  • Health is tracked per route and per operator, so a route that is struggling on one operator is avoided only there.
  • A circuit breaker takes a failing route out of rotation and tests it again before sending real traffic.
  • Non-masking messages fail over to the next healthy route. Masking messages stay on their approved route and are retried there.
  • Every routing decision is recorded, so you can see which route carried a message and why.

Masking sender IDs

Send under your brand name instead of a number. Request a sender ID from the dashboard, upload your documents, and we take it through operator approval.

  • Up to 11 characters, such as MyShop
  • Track the request status in the dashboard
How masking approval works →

OTP send and verify

One call sends a code; another checks what the user typed. BitSMS generates the code, stores only a hash, and limits attempts and resends per number.

  • OTPs use the highest-priority queue
  • Your own template, in Bangla or English

Delivery reports and signed webhooks

Every message reports back: sent, delivered, failed or expired. BitSMS pushes each change to your HTTPS endpoint, signed with HMAC-SHA256 and retried if your server is down.

  • Replay past events after an outage
  • Duplicate-safe event IDs

Bulk sends and CSV

Send one message to up to 10,000 numbers per request, or upload a CSV in the dashboard. See the number of valid recipients, parts and total cost before you send.

  • Invalid numbers are flagged, not charged
  • Recipients who opted out are skipped

Dashboard and message logs

Search any message by number or ID and open its full trace: accepted, queued, each attempt with the route and result, delivery reports and webhook calls.

  • Usage reports by day and sender, with CSV export
  • Low-balance alerts

Team roles, API keys and 2FA

Invite teammates as owner, developer or viewer. Give each app its own API key with only the scopes it needs, an optional IP allowlist, and rotate or revoke keys at any time.

  • Two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app
  • Test keys that never send real SMS

Bangla Unicode

SMS parts calculator

One Bangla letter, emoji or ৳ sign turns the whole message into Unicode, which fits 70 characters per SMS instead of 160. Type or paste your message to see how many parts it will be billed as.

Counted exactly as the BitSMS API and BitCommerz count it. GSM-7: 160 characters in one SMS, 153 per part after that; ^ { } [ ] ~ | € \ count twice. Unicode (any Bangla letter, ৳ or emoji): 70, then 67 per part.
